July 8 | LIFEGUARD, LIFEGUARD.
Beach twas good. Usually we think it's so boring to just go with my parents, as in them + me = all. But today was pretty fun. It was extremely windy so it wasn't really hot enough to go in the ocean for too long. We went on three nice, long walks down the shore and back. I found a bunch of little shells, pretty much identical, with good-size holes in them for stringing. I plan on making a necklace, as I do everytime I get shells. But this time I have incentive, I want a pretty necklace, lol. Anyway... at around 2:30 this woman to my right when looking at the water starts screaming frantically for a lifeguard. The dumb people are just like, who? me? Anyway, once they finally responded like professionals, they go over to a big ditch of sand, not the ocean. Seemed odd. Turns out that the kid must've been digging the ditch when it collapsed on him/her, or something. The lifeguards and, I guess, the parents start digging at the sand, for like forever. After about five-ish minutes, the large crowd that surrounded the whole ordeal began clapping. What a weird occurance. So I guess the kid was fine, but it was just scary to think of a little kid getting buried alive, practically, in a sand put probably dug by his parents? Sickening .

July 7 | Slipping, Tumbling, Sinking
Oooh, yesterday was so much fun! Spamalot was really funny and all the actors were amazing. Stephen Collins (Eric from 7th Heaven) was King Arthur and he was perfect for the role. Drew Lachey played Patsy and was even more perfect. By looks, he stood out from all the other actors who looked like they actually could be British. But when King Arthur was singing I'm Alone, Drew fit in seemlessly, like he was made for the part. My dad bought the tickets in like February so we got first row, orchestra. That means that we were right in the front and on the aisle. The whole time my mom was like, god I hope there's no audience participation. But at the end, there was. Seat D101 was picked and this old, little woman was such a ham. She really played it up. And to think, it could've been my mom meeting Drew Lachey as she was 3 seats directly in front of the chosen seat . All in all, the play was amazing and I want to go see it again.
Afterwards, on our way back to the train station thing, my parents let me get a little shopping out of my system. I bought two belts from a street vendor, only five bucks each. One is BRIGHT pink and the other is a pretty bright purple. Then we went to this store called Conway. I've been there before with my mom and sister, so we just had to go in. The window was just so enticing. I bought this really cute red summer dress and a really short black dress/long shirt. It was like $22 total, which is such a steal considering how perfectly the red dress fits me . So basically, yesterday was awesome and I know that the rest of the week will only get better .
Site wise, I added my first page of premade CSS, check it out.

July 5 | The Mark I Aim to Miss
I'm working on a new layout (different from the one I mentioned before) that will hopefully be fully up by Friday. I'm not sure how much time I'll have to update this week, as this is my "vacation". Here's my schedule, if you care.
  • July 6: Spamalot in NYC
  • July 8: Beach day I
  • July 9: Yankees' Game
  • July 10: Mets' Game
  • July 12: Beach day II
Anyway, I do plan on making at least one new thing for each page of content, so that should be exciting .
^^Looks like I've done a lot so far.
(5) Banners; (6) Dividers; (17) Enter Signs; (8) BRB Signs; (1) Picture, + more to come.
By the way, I just felt like sharing this with everyone:

It's not like I'm obsessed with them as I know you all are, but I find them a little more than interesting and I do have some respect for them. So yarr.

July 4 | Suddenly the Crowd Begins to Sing
Happy 4th of July, first off. It's hard to think of it as really Independence Day when our town doesn't have its own firework display anymore. They're remodeling the school so the field is like off limits. We haven't had fireworks since July 4th, 2006 and that seems like forever ago. Anyway, I'm trying my best to update with content and news and such but it's getting near impossible. It's not like I don't have the ideas, but I don't have the internet. My dumb modem keeps on losing connection. Without the internet, my FTP doesn't work, hence a lack of updates. A cable guy is supposed to be coming Monday to fix things, but who knows. Before I forget to mention it, thanks Nique for advertising me, you can find her link under my affies. ++ I added my first tutorial. Let me know what you think (:

July 2 | Hear Me Roar
Lastnight, I made some PSDs (sorry they're crappy) but couldn't upload them until today. I'm more proud of the PSD previews, but what the heck. Check 'em out and please tell me if you plan on using them (: I plan on making my 'about me' section a lot better, so if you care stick around. By the way, the site officially has over 20 unique hits a day. That's really lame still, but a lot better than all but one of my previous sites. Anyone interested in advertising me? I'll link you back? Also, two new link-back buttons.

July 1 | Pain Remedies This Night
Happy July! I just realized that this site has been open for nearly 7 months. CRAZINESS. Some new icons, by the way.
